Chester Flake, Owner For the past 15 years, Chester has provided training solutions for some of the largest companies across the world including Microsoft, HP and IBM. Several years ago, Chester decided to take the experience he gained and implement the best ideas of different training providers into his own training and consulting company. The major goals of ACT are to provide students with real world experiences, hands on labs and lecture which leads with demonstrations. Our classrooms have the latest equipment, comfortable chairs and plenty of student workspace. Today - Chester manages a staff of instructors/consultants, sales, marketing and facilities personnel based across the country. These dedicated individuals share the same passion for providing the same quality of service and training. Chester holds most Microsoft Certifications including MCITP: Windows Server, SQL Server, Vista, MCPD, MCSE, MCDBA, MCDST, MCSD, MCAD, MCSA, MCT, MCP.  Chester also holds 3 college degrees and several other vendor certifications.

Our offices are located in beautiful Sarasota, FL - 1 hour south of Tampa.
Our classrooms are designed to offer a comfortable, non-distracting, learning atmosphere.
Students have plenty of desk space (For books and personal laptops) & wireless high speed internet access.
We provide full breakfast and lunch, snacks, coffee, soft drinks & juices (All Included).
We also offer a comfortable lounge area which includes a 50" high def monitor.
